Thanks! I almost bought a PRS when I bought that Les Paul. It was a tough decision. I still need to add a PRS to my collection. I may buy an older used one. I hear they are made better but that is just the rumor so who knows.

I don't think so. Every one I've ever picked up has been very well made. If you do want an older one check out the CE's, I like them better than the Customs. The bolt on maple neck gives it a little more bite and they're significantly cheaper.

Very nice finish on that one. I would want the bird inlays though. My wife would kill me if I bought another guitar lol.

This is my other favorite guitar. It's a Mexican 50s reissue Strat. If your in the market for a Strat I highly recommend it. $800. American Strats go for $1300 and up and sound like a parrot being strangled in comparison. Smooth as butter too! Flame maple neck is a plus.
Original style alnico hand wound magnets in the pickups.

I sold my Mexican strat years ago for $250 and I still hate myself for it.

PRS has a less expensive, US made model called the S2 that is a little more in reach than the $4000+ models. I'd like to get my hands on one to try it out.

I've been playing guitar for 21 years and have had over a dozen guitars. I regretfully have sold all of them except two. My takamine acoustic and my double cutaway les Paul. This was my high school graduation present from my grandmother so it has sentimental value. It doesn't play very well tough. Favorite guitar I've owed was a Gibson sg. I regret selling it. My next and final guitar will be the snow falcon Flying V.

Ha, I have a cheap banjo that i used to play when I was a kid. It's hanging up in my hallway- badly in need of cleaning, tuning and new string, lol. Paint is also peeling off.
