Gulf Signal Blenny [I think]

I believe this fish is a gulf signal blenny. If it is so, is there anybody out there who knows where to find one, or how easy they are to care for. I saw this fish on google and have searched for it ever since. The fish looks amazing and I would love to have one in my tank.

They come from rhe Gulf of California in Mexico, I don't know of any collectors from there. But it is an insanely awesome looking fish. It is a congrneric of the eyelash barnacle blenny.

i've been trying to find a source for one as well... No luck thus far.
