So, I'm not thrilled with the timer options on the stock lighting on the BioCube32 and I am debating whether to try and hack the controller or simply bypass it completely and integrate it into ReefPi. I have added 2 LED21 Actinic Blue light bars and I'd like an integrated solution to control all the lights. Has anyone gone down this path? I am still building out my ReefPi controller, but it seems like a better option than my current SmartLife setup. I also know that I should probably just go to the Steve's upgrade, but realistically this is my learning tank and I will be upgrading to 65 sooner than later lol.

Back when i had a biocube i ended up going topless with an ai nano hanging overhead but i recently saw someone selling a kit to mount a prime to the lid. Thats what i would do if i did another biocube build.
