I started my tank with 4 Ocellaris clowns. Now let me say its a 150 gal tank and the fish broke into 2 pairs. Well one was lost and now i have 3. All are still small but have been a pair of 3 for about 2 months. My question is what do i do? Get one clown and hope he pairs ?

I would keep the pair and lose the 3rd wheel

Can I just add a forth wheel before they mature?
There's a 90% chance you will end up with 2 clownfish in your tank no matter how many you put in there. You can try to keep 2 pairs of you want but it's unlikely to happen.

You could take all the clowns out and buy several from the same hatch and it will greatly increase the probability of keeping a harem.
