Is there something smaller then the 25 in the works? I heard rumors of a wp10. Anyone have any info

I have had a pair of 40's on my 180 since early April. one is dead silent and runs on else mode. the 2nd you can hear but not bad. it runs on W1. I bought the variable voltage power supplies for mine from Fish-Street. i have the W1 set to 19 volts and the Else set to 21v. I get the most awesome random flow across my 180. I want to put a Wp25 in my 10 gallon frag tank but im afraid it will be too much.

Do you think the 2 40's are to much for your 180?

I would like to try the 40 for my 120g, I already have one mp40 on one end of the tank, will the 40 be too much on the opposite end.

Depend..on a softies system one 40 should be fine. For sps's you'd need 2. I love mine but the flows seem weaker over time. Maybe I need to soak them in vinegar.

I run a single WP40 on my 60x24x20 125g along with three Evo 1400's (soon to be replaced with other WP40 I have) Love em for flow, control ability and especially price. Replaced a MP-40 because of high noise level, these are dead silent in comparison though in reality similar to a Tunze. I've heard there is some changes in the works on a newer version but for the price could not wait.

Cheers, Todd

Just got 2 WP-40's for my 5 foot 100 gallon yesterday. Put 1 in, think I'll save the other lol. Else mode really moves the detritus around. Will watch the SPS and see how they react.
