One animal in this hobby I have very little hands on experience with are nems. From reading a bit online, I can't find the reason why these (Haddoni) nems are said to be kept in a 100+ gallon tank other than the size they may reach over time.
What if the 10 gallon was 2+ years old, already growing corals, with dosers and very stable. Then this tanj rockwork was set up around this nem, corals removed, and was the only animal in it other than a clown?
I have the opportunity to get my hands on a "rainbow" or "rainbow red" Haddoni, however at a heavy price tag I'm not interested in seeing this animal struggle if the home isn't suitable.
