I’ve had my torch for a month or so it’s been out all the way since day 2 in the tank now it’s playing shy? Not really sure flow seems ok and no bleaching no jelly can anyone give me an idea of why it’s only half happy lol.

Maybe the 0 phosphates are affecting your torch. What are you using to test phosphates? I suggest using Hanna ULR. Try to get your phosphates measurable, but less than 0.25.

Salifert test kit. I am running Chemi pure blue on top of skimmer might be a little bit of an over kill huh?
Yea, for a newer tank, really no need for chemi pure yet. You want some measurable phosphates. You can put some carbon in a bag in a high flow area if you want to use that aspect of it. Just not the phosphate lowering resins yet. Wait until your phosphates are measurable and somewhat stable. Salifert is good, but Hanna is pretty precise. I recommend looking into one for future use.

I would remove chemipure and start feeding more. Reevaluate in 2 weeks.
