Halloween lepto

What is typically seen as far as growth rate for a lepto? This one in my tank doesn't seem to be putting on much growth. I have it at the bottom of the tank and parameters are good. Any suggestions? It's been in the tank for around 3 months and is just barely covering the plug now.

grows quite slow in my experience, others may have different stories - it looks like it's grown "up" as well, perhaps more lighted area if you want it spreading?

That seems about right as far as growth. Its probably juat getting settled. Once they hit their preferred parameters, flow, light, etc, it'll grow at a constant speed.
