Hammer Coral Deflating?

Hammer coral is look in deflated. Sometimes throughout the day it plumps up and then starts to deflate again. What’s going wrong? Tanks 3 months post setup.

the parameters seem off and why does salinity change so often? A full tank pic will help. Can you tell us about your lighting and flow in the tank?
My tank is 15 gallons. My salinity doesn’t change by more than .01. The low reading was from a fluke when I didn’t have proper light on the refractometer. I retested after and it was 1.024.
