Hammer Coral Deflating?

Hammer coral is look in deflated. Sometimes throughout the day it plumps up and then starts to deflate again. What’s going wrong? Tanks 3 months post setup.

What time does it start to shrink up? Is it near the end of the light cycle? Corals close up when the lights turn off.

keep salinity 1.025-1.026

My tank is 15 gallons. My salinity doesn’t change by more than .01. The low reading was from a fluke when I didn’t have proper light on the refractometer. I retested after and it was 1.024.
