So I’ve 3 euphyllia colonies, and this purple hammer I recently added seems to have some tissue recession. I moved the colony to an area with a lower flow volume, although the other colony it’s don’t seem to have issues with flow.

Considering a iodine dip to prevent any bacteria infections (No brown jelly seen). All Euphyllia colonies came from the same shop so I don’t think it’s a parasite issue.

thoughts? If it were a branching coral I’d simply remove the head... but I don’t have a saw that can prune through the base.
