So i looked at my tank this morning when i got up and the biggest hammer coral i have looks awful but its super weird because all my other coral is thriving in the tank and the hammer coral next to it looks amazing. all my parameters are in check i don't understand. It looks like its trying to come out but it is weird.

Is an invert picking at the coral?
Is a near by coral stinging that one branch?
Keep a close eye on it, to make sure brown jelly is not setting in, but do not be surprised if the coral returns to normal.
