Looks good to me... what kind of fish do you have in the tank? Anything that nips at coral? Any chocolate chip starfish?

Only thing not listed is a serpent starfish

Did you add all that at once 4 days ago? Or just updated the app?

Peppermint shrimp have been known to eat stressed euphyllia corals. Lots of videos of them on YouTube ripping them apart.

I had a dead looking hammer make a full recovery so fingers crossed.

Find out your alk, mag would be nice to but that wouldn’t make it die overnight.

Do you dose at all? That is how I almost killed mine years ago from an alk swing. Otherwise I'm not sure....sometimes new frags die overnight for what seems like no good reason.

I can attest that the head maybe somewhere in the bottoms of tank. Mine popped off because I put it in too much flow. Head was found in the sand a week later. I’m currently letting it stay to allow it to rebuild a skeleton.
