Hammer problem

Any ideas whats going on with my hammer? Was doing amazing for over a year.

Tank parameters:
1.026 salinity
15 NO4
.07 PO3
1465 mag
430 calcium
9.8 alk
8.3 pH

The other week I need test my Alk and it read 6.6 and also had .17 PO3. Dosed in phos rx (which dropped my Alk)

Will this thing recover?

Could be related to the alkalinity swing, yes. Maybe.
