Handheld machine that can "timestamp"?

Does anyone know of a handheld machine or device that can stamp the current time to a small card? Need this for a project at work. So far I can't find exactly what I'm looking for. I'm hoping it can be simple/low tech. All I need is a way to quickly stamp the exact time to a piece of paper (HH:MM:SS). Need a quicker way than someone writing it down.

That would work but those for stamping worker in/out time cards are too complex and bulky. Only need to print out one small line of text - the current time.
