Hanging led lights

Hey guys -- I need some advice on how to hang my taotronics lights. I'm not good with this type of stuff .. I have the two fixtures with the cables my question is what type of hardware do you recommend to put into the ceiling to hold the weight of the lights?

Obviously I don't want them to fall.

When I had the Taotronics, I painted and screwed a 1X6 board directly into the studs above the tank. Then you can use screw eye hooks directly into the board. From there you can use spring links and attached the hanging wires that are included with the Taotronics lights. People also hang a shelf above the tank and attach the screw eye hooks to that as well.
