Hate to be that guy but you can buy a new one for 49 that comes with the reagents which cost about 12 bucks. Buying this one then a new bottle of reagent is only $4 cheaper than buying a brand new one.

Then dont buy it, make me an offer or go buy a new one or take it to pm that is extreemly rude to try and trash someone sale.
