Hanna copper tester what is right level

I just got a new hanna copper checker did two test and both read 2.98 and i am using copper power what is the correct level

2.5 ppm is what I use copper power at, maybe a hair stronger. Usually 30 ml per 20 gal. I’ve always had good luck at 2.5 - 3 ppm.
