usually this thing is pretty good. I just tested 3 times and got 3 different results. .00, .04, .09. Can someone let me know what I did wrong?

ok so you put clean tank water in and puch button. wait til it says add raegent cant think of exact wording but something like c2 or something. so add the reagent and swirl it around, try not to shake it because microbubbles will skew the test. once reagent is totally disolved put in checker and hold button down til the timer comes on. i messed up in the begining and dint hold it down and just preseed the button. if you just press it it will come up with results instantly and will skew the results

yea i did that ive had this thing for a couple years just haven't had this skewed of results. I have been shaking it pretty intense though to get the stuff to dissolve. Ill try just swirling it around. Thanks

On Hanna's site they have cool video showing the swirl technique so you don't have to deal with bubbles
