I think people mean use one of the manufacturers marks like the “10 ml” marking always facing forward. For both C1 and C2.
If cuvettes are scratched up you can get replacements.
are you using the same glass vial for both C1 and C2?
Accuracy and consistency are key in doing this test for consistent results.
