I am but a humble truck driver. But, I understand marketing and advertising.

I understand the concept of attracting customers based on the idea that they will be more willing to spend money if they think they will get something for free.

I understand that people will be more intent on a sale if they feel involved with the proceedings rather than just following along to see what piece is listed next.

UniqueCorals has some fabulous pieces at very good prices. I have a couple of their pieces in my tank right now and a couple I grabbed today. That said, if you look at their website, of the pieces dropped here today, there are a LOT of unclaimed pieces still available. Is this because they are not desired, or because there are not enough buyers represented here today?
What you need to understand is that there are different clients and not all Live Sales are they same.
Let me give you an example. If Unique Corals decided to play games, it could remove the current clients who the rely on to spend BIG $$. So, say you have several customers who spend $1,000 each live sale and they get annoyed by your games. Now, they have to make up those people who spend big and are you or your FREE people going to spend $250 say on a torch? What might get left over is because clients could not use that coral. Not because of they don't have the traffic. Not everyone needs to be a WWC because some never go to that Live Sale. They work on quantity not quality.

My opinion is my own, and was proposed as an idea for the UC team. It need not be implemented in any way. Their product is top level in my experience and of couse they are free to conduct their sales in any way they feel appropriate.

I will just add, I've been here ALL day since the start. I will not spend my day doing these anymore. I can't say that what I have purchased has been a *steal* in any way. I will pay the extra $5-$10 bucks or check ebay from now on before spending my day doing these. Nothing against UC - as I just purchased a torch from them last week - for the same price as what it was listed here for "sale". No more all day live sales for me!

@EmilioUC do you know if there will be any smaller Koji wada frags or another rainbow branching hammer? I’d like to pick some up but don’t want to stare at this all night if there aren’t any more. Thanks!

We appreciate the support Doug, Hope you are enjoying so far :)
I am! It's taking a lot of self restraint. Lol
My new tank is just finishing the intial cycle and really need to wait until I get my current corals sitting in a holding tank situated in their new home before buying more.
