I have lots of soft corals; but hard ones die
What’s # 1 culprit
This guy sits on the bottom btw what type is it ?

Salinity was low but i fixed now 35
Calc 460
Phos .07
Nitrate 12

I have par meter it’s a pain to use
My flow i think is decent

Alk swings would be the #1 thing in Sps dying.. that looks more like a LPs, lepestra coral actually.. those are lower light stony corals.. sticks and montis are your Sps..

I would look into minimizing all this with either an all in one dosing (like all for reef), or a balling method with 3 parts, or even a 2 part solution plus trace element additives like red c (part a, b, c, d). Any of these would be simpler and have you chasing numbers less.
Make sure alkalinity is stable, as troylee said

red or green monti cap, birdsnest, stylophora are hardier than a lot of soft corals as long as light is not too high, flow is decent
