Harlequin Shrimp!

Does anyone know if any of the local stores carry them and are they worth it for an asterna problem?

I've seen some in my local stores in Ontario. I've never owned any though, I've been thinking of getting some.

I need one to take care of my asterna problem :/ they are beautiful shrimp but get costly if ya want em to live because they only eat startfish! Been reading up on them and was thinking of passing one around my club after he eats all my stars so that I dont have to buy chocolate chip stars to feed him later on!

I've read somewhere that you can put it sump let the star live there and just let your shrimp eat a leg or two then put him aside till they grow back, not sure how long the process takes though.

I took the leap and got one today! The guy at the lfs told me to cut the legs off and freeze em, so should be able to do that and sump em and let em grow back! Beautiful little critter though for sure, I don't think i will be able to part with him so I might be stuck freezing cc star legs haha
