Harlequin shrimp

Im considering getting a harlequin shrimp to take care of the astrenia stars ive found. Few questions... can they coexist with 3 different type of shrimp already in the tank? ...Will it attack/eat the large sand sifting starfish i have?... when the astrenia starfish are gone, i know i still have to feed it, do i need some kind of separate tank set up to keep its food alive?

Same tank for food or you can set up a nano tank just for the harlequin.
I had mine in with a coral banded and cleaner shrimp

Yes it will eat your starfish that is the only thing it eats I buy two chocolate chip starfish a month to feed mine
