I've read that wrasses can be very sensitive to copper, before I treat them for ich, is copper ok for these bigger wrasses? I can't find a definitive answer anywhere!

Thanks!

Copper is OK to use on them, but the key is to raise it very slowly (5-7 days) to full therapeutic.

Thank you, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to just outright kill them with it. Would Chloroquine phosphate be a better solution? I have access to that as well.

For the Tusk, yes; wrasses NO...

Coppersafe is best it is chelated .30 ml per gallon 2x a day for 3 days will give you a copper level of 1.67 which will kill parasites

Be careful with coppersafe, we recently have discovered the potency to be much greater then years past.

Also from bottle to bottle it seems to vary quite a bit.

I would recommend copper power to the OP as it seems much more consistent. See the dosing ratios in the sticky atop The disease forum.
