Saw it Sunday. It rocks.

didn't like it myself... it was very anticlimactic. Voldemort wasn't even in it. Meh I wasn't impressed. My least favorite yet..

Personally I LOVE the books, especially the audiobooks, so I still can't understand why I spend the money to see the movies. I just don't see why producers have to take a perfect book and make changes to the story line??? I understand needing to cut it down, but some of the changes just wreck the story. I really did not like the movie, and yet I know that when #7 comes out, I'll still fork out the $ to go see it...

i was really underwhelmed but it really, all i can say is i hope that it was the calm before the storm. i am hoping that the next couple of movies make up for what this one lacked.

although i am feeling old seeing how grown up those kids looked in this movie

i havent seen the movie yet, but i love harry potter, so im hoping it will be good ! my favorite character is Dumbledore :)

Spoiler, so don't read if you haven't read the book.

The story moved faster, and the plot was not bad (with the changes they made). Overall, I like the mood and pace and story, but I was really disappointed in the ending for two reasons:

1) the big battle at the end didn't happen, and one of the main characters other than dumbledore didn't die.
2) The big funeral scene wasn't there which plays directly into a Voldemort plot move in book 7. what the heck?

I hear that the 7th book is going to be 2 movies...they're really milking this series. I hope that they don't make both movies bad by trying to explain too much of what they have already changed. Would be a shame to end the series that way.

Ok We found a true Potter Fan:ops:
