Tide Water or Tide Pool?
If you mean Tide Pool then I recently purchased a Flame Fairy Wrasse. It arrived on sched, extremely well packed and in great shape. Put it into QT and it was eating within hours.
So far no issues at all...Great experience...and excellent communication.
