Main display is not here yet but I already started the build out.

Hmahli 45" Platinum Sump - Salvaged after major shipping damage
36 x 12 x 12 External Refugium
Nyos 220 Skimmer
2 x Sicce 6.0 Syncra SDC pumps

Other gear in waiting
2 x Ecotech MP60's
4 x Atlantik iCon Compact Lighting
Neptune APEX

Adaptive reef equipment cabinets

Got the Sump and refugium wet and starting the cycle with Ammonia Dosing.
Polylabs Genesis Rock starter bacteria.

Return line to upper tank is temporary routing and will be redone with the main tank plumbing.

Ok Update. The main tank arrived today!

In the meantime, I have been cycling my Sump and Display Refugium for 6 weeks and I also got my cleanup crew today and they are going in.

The metal stand concept was problematic to execute and expensive. I decided to modify the flat file with wood by using massive 4x8 Cedar posts on both sides and lagging in 5 x Cedar 2x6" beams across the span. Not shown but I also added Simpson brackets on each one. Stand is now crazy bomber and dead level. She's ready.

You can see the Sump with Nyos 220 Skimmer.

Display Refugium lights are Orphek OR3-90 which are for a planted aquarium because I plan to grow macro with critters in it.

What are you planning on doing with the drawers?
It is an existing flat file so already used for assorted storage. I had to lose the top two drawers to add the cross beams. But the drawer fronts will be put back in there. I don't need a sump under as I have a fish room adjacent with the sump.

Finally moving the frozen food and refrigerated dosing out of our main fridge. Wife is going to be very happy. Nice dual zone small fridge/freezer. Freezer section fits LRS packs perfect!

Still waiting to place the main tank. In the meantime, getting all the systems setup. I'm going to try using Slow Flow Resin Reactors for the first time. They seem very cool. Set one up fed by a manifold outlet that is using Blue Life PHOS RX. My phosphates are maxed on the Phosphorus ULR at 200ppb cause I have been ghost overfeeding on purpose to break in the skimmer and get things going. Will see how this works. Mostly finished the plumbing in the fish room. Last bit will be the connections to the main tank. I have 4 manifolds, two up high and two down low.

Using 2 x Sicce SDC 6 DC Pumps on two separate return lines. One line goes thru the big UV and feeds the refugium as well as main tank. The second is dedicated to the main tank.

It's a little busy with 5 return lines. 2 from refugium and three from main tank.

Wow PAR is thru the roof. With the default program at 80%, getting 1000 par at the surface and 400+ on the bottom. Cut the program in half for 40% max to start. Lights are 14.5" off the water.
