Has anyone ever seen this

Was at Petco picking up some salt noticed this. Can anyone explain.This was a first for me.

I believe that’s a cleaner goby, they are supposed to clean things off other fish

I thought so as well but the chilling on the back side was odd. But I guess " just let it happen" lol
