Have any problems with my ammonia?

OK, I did test some Ro that one came back with no ammonia, but it still could be the tester OK
I'm not sure if that test works right on RO water. You could bring a sample of water to your local store and ask them to test it for you, most stores do that.

This is 24 hours after using turbo. Start 900 with only having .50 ammonia in the tank what was reading before adding it?

I'm bad with those color match tests, but to me it looks about the same or maybe a bit lighter. Do you have a store or friend with a different kit that could test a sample of your water? Otherwise maybe give it another 24 hours and see if the ammonia budges at all. There's at least a non zero chance the bottle of TurboStart was a dud, but I think that's quite rare.

Looks like you've got some nitrite, so that's a good sign that the cycle is progressing 🙂
