So i have some turf algae in my soft coral/anemones tank 700 litres and i have tried all the natural ways to eradicate it (snails, sea hare, tangs and manual) until i kinda start to ignore the problem due to unsuccessful tries everytime until i learned not to get bothered by the look. Always doing the most natural method to solve problems, never used a chemical and never I'll do.
My parameters are:
3.7 year old tank
Nitrate: 2.0 ppm
Phosphate: 0.1 ppm
Kh: 7
Ph: 8.3
Mg and Ca not tested in several month
Dosing all for reef tropic marine (unique solution)
Last water change 5+ months ago
Refugium and lot off biomedia (8 liters of matrix, 70+kg of rocks)
Corals and anemone are growing well and coloured, fish are fat and doing great... Is algae really a problem ? Is it okay to leave it there where it is and just enjoy the equilibrium my tank has?

I think the question is whether the algae is a problem for your coral, otherwise, it’s a cosmetic issue.

Algae are not even covering corals, it might use some nutrients and elements in the water but i guess is something i can accept
