Having fish issues

Ok, so I have had my tank set up for almost a year now and about 5 months ago I bought a six line wrasse and a firefish. They were living just fine together until just a couple weeks ago and now my wrasse keeps bullying him and chasing him into the rock work. Is this normal behavior for the wrasse? If so, is there any way to catch him without destroying my rockscape?
