Ok I am new to the game so I decided to go with the hardiest corals. I was told button polyps, and fire zoas, green zoas, and brown and green mushrooms. I have a 29 gal tank with 2 10,000K bulbs and two T5 Actinic in 24 inch ballasts. water params are PH 8.2, dKH is 12, nitrites 0, nitrates <1 ppm, ammonia (even with ammonia rock) tests at about .5 ppm, phosphates 0. I dipped my corals in Iodine to rid of some bristles and ghost shrimp. the buttons however were not open even before that. They have been closed about a week now. My fire zoas, green zoas, and mushrooms are all doing great, any suggestions?

Based only on the photo and the fact that everything else seems fine I wouldn't be concerned. There bulbs appear fine. I'd just give more time as there isn't really isn't another good option. Were they dead you'd know it.
