Hawkfish compatibility

My lfs recently bring in some arc eye hawkfish and they offered me some discount if I got it with a falco hawk. My question is will the two murders it’s tank mate ? My tank have a lot of small fish and goby like court jester, royal gramma,etc

I wouldn't do it. Even with a huge tank it's there's a good chance one of the hawkfish will kill the other. Compatability with your existing fish is questionable long term also, especially if your have a smaller tank.

My tank have a display of about 125 gallons. Mỹ smallest fish are my harem of royal gramma and gobies

I tend to agree with @Timfish on this one; it’s probably a risk. 125 gallons is a nice size tank, but unlike something like Damsels or Clown fish that sometimes can ‘each pick one end of the tank’ for themselves, the Hawk fish might want to swim the full length and perch everywhere— and might fight. I’m more worry about the arc eye as it’s what I wanted to get. I‘ve heard horror stories of arc eye and goldens absolutely murders their tank mate.
