Yay! I see bubbles in some of the tentacles which is an excellent sign. I’d leave it alone and just keep an eye on it. If it wants more light it’ll either move or stretch out into the light.
Main things to keep an eye on are if it continues to deflate regularly or not, and what it looks like when deflated. It is normal for nems to deflate, mine often deflate every evening. A healthy nem will often pull its tentacles inside itself into a ball when it deflates so you don’t really see any/many tentacles. An irritated nem will deflate but the tentacles will still be out and they’ll look very thin and shriveled. An unhealthy or very upset nem will do what your nem did in your first pic where the tentacles are all shriveled and the mouth is gaping open.
Best thing you can do is make sure your tank parameters are in a good spot.
I would advise, based on the parameters you posted, don’t try and change much over the next couple weeks, just let the nem get used to its new home.
