i have geothermal cooling and keep the house at 70 year round. We drilled 4 geo wells, we could have only done 2, so built in alot of extra AC capacity. in the summer still have to run big dehumidifiers.
i dont really care at all about watts as im on solar. , but the big commercial dehumidifiers definately draw serious power.
my exhaust fans are controlled by humidity. winter zero issues besides making sure we bring in enough fresh air we heat with natural gas and C02/ O2 levels are the main concern.
