Ive had my little 1 inch Helfrichi for over a month now and he still only comes out to feed. He is always couped underneath a huge baserock in front of my tank. Anyone have experience with this fish being so shy?

I added mine recently as the first fish to the tank. Knowing they were a very shy and passive fish I wanted it to be completely comfortable with the tank as home before other fish get added. Even as the only fish in the tank it took several days before he would come out and even longer before he began swimming around.
How many other fish are in your tank? Have you seen any aggressive behavior towards the firefish?
