Help acan deflated

I have a little colony that has been sprouting new heads but now looks deflated. There is no skeleton showing. Just what looks like loose skin. All heads on this colony look like that. If it's any help my blasto has been retracted looking for a couple days. Nothing in my routine or feeding has changed. I know if the skeleton was showing I would have an issue, but not sure with this deflated thing.
