Help: Anemone mouth opened

reefers, look at the picture and help... not sure what is happening? Normal feeding and lighting. Also, there seem to be a small additional mouth.

Could be that it’s going too split , it’s still attached and got good color ... don’t think it’s anything too worry about .. mine does this too sometimes , and when they poop they will also deflate like this
