Help, Apex illuminated blank screen.

I came home and my Apex display is lit but blank. I've tried resetting power and router. I'm getting no where. Can someone please tell me where to start. I'm using for auto water change and need to do something soon.

The same happened to me. Had to get in touch with Apex, make an appointment for them to call, and it was fixed in a couple of minutes. Wish they made it easier for us working folks.

Update the module firmware for the display.

Is this different from a general firmware update on the whole apex?

Edit: I see that it is! I will give this a try.
