Hi I got brand new kamoer x1 pro 2 and can’t set it up. It gets stuck at 60% when connecting to wifi. Tried resetting still don’t work.

I had the same problem with mine and just gave up for the day. When I tried the next day they connected no problem. Technology...
It’s been more than one day still not workjng

There is a video on youtube about "Kamoer pump binding failed" or something to that effect. I read on CoralVues site that some people had success with following that video. I was going to do it but on my last try at connecting, the darn thing worked. Please research before doing this though, I'm just offering a possible option.

Edit: The title was for an F4 pump but it seemed like they were having the same problem

I got mine to connect but it is unuseable on the app, I can use it by dialing on the controller. If you press in on the menu select you can edit the flow rate and such.

Also in the same boat, really frustrating

For me it started to connect and work when I used my phone number to create kamoer account. If I use my email it would always get stuck on connecting my doser

Figured out what my problem was. I am using a panoramic WiFi router which bounces between 5ghz and 2.4 ghz depending on which one is faster. I got confused because I didn’t know this, I checked my WiFi on my girlfriends laptop, at the time and it was reading 2.4ghz. However, 30 minutes later I checked on my laptop and it was reading 5ghz so I had to log into my router via browser and give my 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks different names/identity’s since the pump will only run on a 2.4ghz network. Once I made the change the app connected easily and setup was a breeze.

Same problem stuck at 60%

Anyone figure this out? Im about to throw this thing against a brick wall.
I checked my wifi settings since both 2.4 and 5 use the same name. I made 2.4 it’s own wifi name and that still didn’t work so I returned wifi it back to how it was where as 2.4 and 5ghz use the same name. The next day I was able to get them to connect. No idea how or why they suddenly worked.

Yup, gotta split the 2.4ghz wifi out to a separate ssid. Mine is three weeks old, and knowing that ahead of time it went off smoothly.

Check your wifi setting as above..2.4ghz or 5ghz?
Thanks. I have 2 separate networks 2.4 and 5 just for these types of applications. I tried them split, combined, at least 50 times. notta . All other wifi tank equipment on 2.4 is working great. This thing is a piece of junk.

This is a known issue. Just have to keep trying.

I wish dumb luck and magic weren't involved in this repair.
