Help!!!! Clownfish not doing so well.

Shirt story. I bought this pair from lfs Saturday. First day I had them in my 29 nano. Looked good swam fine, next day I noticed the female breathing hard and rapid. I tested water all parameters were good. Tuesday she was on the bottom breathing heavy and rapid. Wednesday morning was the same, when I got home Wednesday night her color had started fading and laying in her side. Checked parameters and all at zero. So I freaked and scooped both of them out and put in main tank basket, praying she lives. Thursday morning some color had returned, that night she was swimming again color was back, she still not swimming quite right. This morning still alive and swimming funny. Now she has a few white dots on her. What is causing this to happen to her and will she survive? I uploaded a video so you can see how she is today.

My guess would be Brooklynella. You should put the two in a hospital tank ASAP as this is a highly contagious disease. It can be treated with formalin, but cannot be done in your display.A formalin bath should give some immediate relief to your fish. Please be aware that Formalin reduces oxygen, so you will need to add an air stone and follow the directions on the bottle.

If you have other fish in the display, they are susceptible to the infection as well.

What's bad is they came from somebody that had them for a couple years and traded it in. They where in stores display with a bunch of others. So how did they get it?

Update: They are still ALIVE!!!! I pulled them out of main tank and made a quick QT tank. I used stability and micro bacter7. I used water from main tank instead of fresh mixed water. We are now in day two of QT. These two are fighters. Still not eating
Main tank fish show no signs of stress or disease.
