[HELP] Dino ID and resolution method

It's about 2 weeks that i have some of those in my acquarium.
A 16gal Cube (13gal net), mixed reef low nutrients. Temperature swing between 79-81°F.
Kh: 7/7.3 dKH
Ca: 400 ppm
Mg: 1300 ppm
Po4: < 5 ppb
NO3: 0.2 mg/l

This acquarium started 1 year ago. I struggled a lot to achieve balance, with many problems along the way (Red planaria, explosion of algae and too much nutrients.)

It's about 2-3 months i was in balance with a low nutrient profile. Now i think dino come out because I overdid it with low nutrients.

Those the photo of what i think are Dinoflagellates. I test with H2O2 method with no buble and now to identify the species I take few photos with microscope

Ostreopsis, right?? how i can resolve?
(@taricha i mention you because i follow all your guides to identify the dino :) )

Ostreopsis, right?? how i can resolve?
yep!
Check the main Dino thread. Ostreopsis is well controlled by the typical methods used there.

What you suggest for the UV lamp.
On only with light off or on alwayse (24h/24h)?
