It's about 2 weeks that i have some of those in my acquarium.
A 16gal Cube (13gal net), mixed reef low nutrients. Temperature swing between 79-81°F.
Kh: 7/7.3 dKH
Ca: 400 ppm
Mg: 1300 ppm
Po4: < 5 ppb
NO3: 0.2 mg/l
This acquarium started 1 year ago. I struggled a lot to achieve balance, with many problems along the way (Red planaria, explosion of algae and too much nutrients.)
It's about 2-3 months i was in balance with a low nutrient profile. Now i think dino come out because I overdid it with low nutrients.
Those the photo of what i think are Dinoflagellates. I test with H2O2 method with no buble and now to identify the species I take few photos with microscope
Ostreopsis, right?? how i can resolve?
(@taricha i mention you because i follow all your guides to identify the dino )
thank to everyone for any help.
