HELP! Dosed something and fish looking bad

I can do 20 gallons within an hour or so...

How big is the tank? I would do 50% water change and run carbon.

All fish are still eating, woke up today and Midas blenny was dead. Not sure if the same cause.. should I keep doing water changes?

I understand that you're freakin' out right now. But you seriously need to take a step back and pause a moment.

Please tell us how big is your tank? We can't make recommendations until we know the volume of water you are dealing with.

It’s 150 gallons. I don’t have the equipment to do that. I’ve changed 60 gallons but over 3 changes so effectively more like 35% change. I can do 30 gallons today. I also don’t know how to run carbon.

The blenny behavior seemed normal. Nothing like the tangs before they died. So I’m not sure if the death is related to the lanthanum.

You can buy carbon in mesh bags at a local fish store. Just drop it in to an area with high flow.

Yes, I understand that can sometimes be an issue with carbon. But I don't think running it for a month or so will be an issue. I've read that it can become a problem for people who place it in their sump and forget it there.

I expect you will be fine.
