It got sucked up early morning. It is still live can i do anything to help it stay alive?

I would isolate it in a specimen container and keep an eye on it. Also watch your water parameters. can't tell the condition until its out of the powerhead. Depends on how badly the foot/mouth is damaged.

Make sure the container has flow through it, something like a strawberry basket or pond plant basket, etc. would work well. You will want to keep the clownish away from it for awhile while the nem heals.
