Trying to find out what is this
Long tentacle or condy ?
Another question is where should I place it ,
On live rock
Or sand?
Should be away from other corals ?

Looks like a brown torch (Euphyllia) to me, and yes, give it some space.

Is there a hard skeleton underneath?
