I notice a blister looking growth form on my zoa the other day and had grown significantly in size. I don't believe it's zoa pox because I do not see any white specks on the stalks. Could this be some sort of infection?

Can’t really see very good, but could it be a type of sponge growing in close proximity to your zoanthids?

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
