HELP goby stuck in AIO pump chamber!

Them little guys can go straight through the weirer on the overflow. I stopped putting gobies in my nuvo for that reason.
him and his pistol shrimp friend were just chillin in the front left corner of my tank for months, not sure how he ended up in the back left overflow, and past the filter floss at that. Fish are crazy.
 
Same thing happened to me now and haven’t figured out how to get my diamond goby out yet. My tank is IM 50 AIO.
 
Update: I was able to rescue diamonds goby. Luckily as I was scaring him out of one of the corner he jumped to a side bucket (one of the two on the sides).
