I have a bunch of tanks connected together with common sump, etc...and I am looking for some guidance in creating a clean system.

I would like to isolate a couple tanks and treat all fish for parasite, flukes, etc...

In one tank, I was planning to remove all LR, disconnect from sump and treat for rich/flukes.

I have the following:

Majestic angel
Lined Puffer
Purple Tang

I was wondering what is the best way to treat all these fish for ich? I've read angels and puffers can be sensitive so copper, so I was thinking hypo salinity.

In another tank I will have a few clownfish, which I was also thinking to do hypo salinity.

Afterwards, I was planning to treat with Prazipro and leave other tanks fallow for 76 days.

Does this make sense?

Prazipro alone may not be enough to treat all internal parasites. Adding metro will cover the parasites that prazi does not take care of. Can achieve the same using General Cure. It contains both praziquantel and metro.
